I started using millerslab.com for white label fulfillment when I realized I was spending too much time packing orders myself. I was a little nervous at first because I wanted everything to feel like it was coming directly from my brand, not some random lab behind the scenes. After the first few orders went out, I checked in with a couple customers and everything had arrived cleanly, with my branding and nothing extra in the box.
I did have a few small questions when I was getting set up, and their team got back to me quickly, which helped calm my nerves. Since then, the prints have looked good, the packaging has been neat, and I haven’t had any complaints from customers. It’s been one of those things that just works quietly in the background, which is exactly what I needed.

"Invoice was a little confusing"
The order itself went fine, no real issues there. But the invoice was kind of confusing to read. The prices and charges were all listed, it just wasn’t laid out in a way that made it easy to quickly understand. I had to look it over a couple times to figure out what was included and what was... not exactly unclear, but just not super obvious. Not a big deal, but it could definitely be clearer.

The site was fine overall, not terrible, not amazing. I did find what I needed in the end, which is the main thing, but it took a little more clicking around than I expected. Some pages felt kind of slow too, and on mobile it could definitely be cleaner. Like, I’d be halfway through looking for something and then notice the layout felt a bit cluttered or awkward. So yeah, usable, but average

I found more options than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to compare and pick what made the most sense for me, so overall I’m happy with the experience

Creating my account was fine overall, nothing really stood out. Compared to other sites, it was about what most people would probably expect, though the confirmation email took a little longer to show up than I’m used to.

I had a small issue with my order from Miller's Lab, so I reached out to their support team. They got back to me the same day and were really polite, which I definitely appreciated. It did take one extra message to fully clear things up, so it wasn’t exactly “perfect,” but they handled it without any hassle. Overall, I’d say the customer service was “solid” and I’d use them again.

I grabbed a few template resources from Millers Lab and felt so relieved by how simple they were to use. Everything was easy to edit, with no strange files or confusing steps to deal with. It saved me a ton of time on my project, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely buy from them again if I need more resources.

"ROES gets the job done… eventually 🙂"
I order from Millers through ROES, and it does work, my orders go through and the prints come out great! That said, the software definitely feels a bit dated, and it can be slow at times. Uploads are sometimes fussy too, which can get annoying. Overall, I’m happy with the final product, I just wish the ordering process felt a little smoother ✨
"Proofing Was Easy"
The proofing tools were easy to use and didn’t miss none of the little layout issues I had. It caught them fast, which made the whole process way less stressful.

"Simple pro account setup"
I signed up for a professional account on millerslab.com, and the whole thing was easy. Since they only asked for normal business info and tax details, I didn’t get stuck or confused during the process.
My approval came through quickly, so I was able to start ordering right away. The site was simple to navigate, and because support replied fast when I had a question, everything felt smooth overall. Good experience, 5 stars from me.

"Privacy feels okay, but I had to hunt for details"
I used millerslab.com and overall the privacy side seemed mostly fine to me. I didn’t get any sketchy feeling while using it, but I did find myself clicking around trying to pin down exactly how client data is handled. Maybe I’m just picky about wording and where things are placed, but I noticed the rules weren’t as easy to spot as I would’ve liked. Nothing felt unsafe, just a little unclear in a few spots. 3 stars.

"Tax exempt order was easy to handle"
I had to place an order with our tax exemption and wasn’t totally sure how it was going to work online. Millers Lab had it figured out in, I’d say, not too long. I sent over the info they needed, and they adjusted the order quickly. There wasn’t a bunch of back and forth, which I definitely appreciated. After that, the order went through just fine. Overall, it was a simple experience, and I’d use them again.

The print quality was good, really good honestly. The colors looked close to my original files, which is always the thing I worry about most. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out.

I got my scans back quicker than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. Overall, everything went smoothly, I just think the updates along the way could’ve been a little clearer...

I had a problem with my order and it took a few days to get sorted out. Support did eventually reply and fix it, but there wasn’t really any follow-up, so I had to reach out again myself to get things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled faster and with better communication.

"Packed well, but wow that tape"
My order from Miller's Lab showed up packed really well. The box was sturdy and everything inside was perfectly fine, no damage at all. At first I was impressed, then I got weirdly annoyed trying to get through all the tape because it took longer than expected. But once I got it open, I was back to being happy with it. A little over-taped, sure, but overall the packaging did its job.
